Food and digestive health is an integral part of rejuvenation at Sri Sri Tattva Panchakarma. Dining at Panchamrut is a complete sensory experience based on the tenets of Ayurvedic nutrition – light and easy to digest wholesome Sattvic food that suits one’s individual body constitution or Dosha. The cuisine is designed to be high in ‘Prana’ (the universal life force) – we use natural ingredients, freshly picked and organically cultivated in our own gardens. At Panchamrut, our chefs work in tandem with the doctors and therapists to rustle up deliciously soulful food that meet your natural doshic requirements. There is also an expert at the restaurant to give you a deeper insight into eating right as a way of life.

The Ayurveda food box seems complicated, but is beautifully simple. The right diet is essential in the journey to attain equilibrium of the body, mind and soul.
